Time To Ship

Items currently in stock will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items that are in stock will also ship within 1 to 3 business days. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by email.
 

Shipping Methods & Charges

Items are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. A physical delivery address is needed, NO PO Boxes. If you must have something delivered to a PO Box, please contact us to make arrangements for delivery via Priority Mail and get pricing.

We currently ship to locations within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

UPS Ground: $5.95 for first item plus 50 cents for each additional item UPS 2 Day Air: $13.95 for first item plus $3.00 for each additional item UPS Next Day Air: $27.95 for first item plus $7.00 for each additional item

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments:
UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day Air only, UPS Ground is not available.
Metro locations add $7.00 to 2nd Day Air shopping cart calculation.
Metro locations add $5.00 to Next Day Air shopping cart calculation.
Remote locations add $20.00 to 2nd Day Air shopping cart calculation.
Remote locations add $17.00 to Next Day Air shopping cart calculation.
The final charge to your credit card will reflect these additional charges.
 

Delivery Address or Ship-To Address

We are happy to ship your purchase to an address other than your own home address. This delivery address MUST be entered in the "Delivery Address" field during checkout.

The top "Invoice Details" address section MUST be completed with the name and address that matches the billing statement address of your credit card being used. If this does not match your payment attempt will be rejected.

We do not physically mail out an invoice to the invoice address. All invoices are emailed to the email address you provide in checkout. A packing slip without pricing details is included with all shipments.
 

Returns

Returned items are accepted within 30 days of ship date and only with prior return authorization. A record of sale from Yormark must be confirmed in order to receive return authorization. A return authorization number will be issued to you by email when a return has been approved. Credits will be issued for authorized returns after the item has been received and inspected by Yormark. All items must be returned in the same shape they were received in.

Return shipment charges will be paid for by the those sending the item back unless the return of an item is due to a Yormark error or you received damaged goods. In the case of a Yormark error or receiving damaged goods, a return method will be arranged by Yormark.

Personalized items are not accepted for return unless there is a mistake by Yormark or if you have received damaged goods.

If you are wishing to make an exchange of product for a different color or style, all shipping charges for shipment to Yormark and then back to you will be covered by the consumer.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment. We also accept checks by mail. Shipment will be made on items purchased by check once the check has cleared.
 

Credit Card Security

We take the security of your credit card information very seriously. Our credit card collection system uses Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the credit card collection page of your checkout process.

This SSL security is used exclusively for the page where your credit card information is collected. You can view the digital certificate directly by clicking on the gold padlock on the bottom of your browser frame to bring up details of the SSL certificate. You should make a habit of verifying the 'gold padlock' on any web site page you are entering your credit card or financial account information. It is a web standard.

Voucher Codes

If you have received a discount voucher code for free shipping or a percentage off of your purchase, please enter your code in the "Voucher" field at the bottom of your shopping cart page at checkout. After entering your code be sure to press the "Recalculate" button to apply your discount. Also be sure to apply the discount after you have added all your items to the cart.
